INSTRUCTIONS TO PRESENTERS
All presentations must be
shown as a Powerpoint presentation. A computer for
showing Powerpoint presentations will be available
for your use. The computer system will
be equipped with Windows XP with Office 2007 for the showing of
computer-generated files. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to show
your slides if your slides are in a format other than Powerpoint
2000 or higher.
Registration will begin on
Sunday, March 28, 2010, 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm before the Welcoming Reception.
Please hand in your powerpoint
disks at the registration desk so the conference programer
can install all the presentations according to the program.
Each presenter is requested
to submit his/her paper via email before the conference so all papers will be
on a thumb drive to be given to all delegates at the conference. Please send your documents to the Charley
Richard. Please allow sufficient time
for your electronic version of your presentation to reach us. Electronic version must reach the
INSTRUCTION FOR POSTERS
The poster board dimensions
are: 4' x 8' double sided, push pin receptive tackboards.
(pins will be supplied)
Posters may be left up for
the entire day of the scheduled showing.
The authors are requested to be at their posters during poster session
breaks.
Posters are treated as papers
for the proceedings, and poster presenters are encouraged to submit a short
summary of your poster for the proceedings.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
A proceedings of the
conference will be published, and all presenters of papers and posters are
requested to provide an electronic version (request Word formats only), either
on disc or by via email to the
TABLES FOR EXHIBITORS
Table mount displays with
dimensions of 60” x 30’ will be available with poster board and
electrical power source. (included in
the exhibitor fee for members and non-members)
