EXHIBITOR   INFORMATION

 

IBERVILLE SUITES/RITZ-CARLTON HOTEL, NEW ORLEANS

 

 

Sugar Processing Research Institute, Inc. invites you to participate in the 2010 SPRI Conference Exhibitor Session at the Iberville Suites/The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, on March 29-30, 2010. 

 

An additional fee of $400 will be added to your registration as a SPRI member attendee or Non-member conference presenter (includes a discount).  The additional fee includes a table mount display and a board to display a poster.  Your poster may be included in the SPRI proceedings if you wish but is not required.  The table mount displays will have electrical wiring and connections. Velcro and pushpins will be provided for your use. 

 

Sending Equipment and Supplies for your display to the Hotel:

 

Please have packages sent three days prior to the conference to the attention of Licia Cangelosi, Meetings & Special Events, Iberville Suites/Ritz-Carlton, 910 Iberville St., New Orleans, LA, 70112.  Please put our group name: “Sugar Processing Research Institute Inc.” or “SPRI Conference.”
 
If you want to send packages earlier than three days that would be fine with the hotel and they will store them safely. The Exhibits will be in the St. Charles and Carondelet Rooms.  Your table will be setup with your company name.  Posters will be behind your table display

 

The poster board dimensions are: 4' x 8' double sided, push pin receptive tackboards. (pins will be supplied)

 

TABLES FOR EXHIBITORS

 

Table mount displays with dimensions of 60” x 30’ will be available with poster board behind the display table and electrical power source for any electrical equipment or computers you wish to bring.   (Included in the exhibitor fee for members and non-members)
