Mr. Xavier-Martin Miranda. Employee of SPRI for 23 years, in dual capacity as laboratory technician from 1989-1995 and office worker responsible for all SPRI accounts and purchasing, from 1995 to the present. A total of twenty-six years in retail management and bookkeeping experience before and during employment with SPRI.  Familiarly with all of SPRI's specialized wet chemistry methods. He is currently administering the SPRI Office, Assistant to the Comptroller and responsible for preparing SPRI Financial Statements, Payroll, Budgets, SPRI Conference Coordinator for organizing SPRI Board and Committee meetings and SPRI Conferences. He also manages the SPRI Library and maintains the SPRI Web Site.
