SPRI Workshops

Workshops, on selected topics of interest to the sugar industry, are usually held in conjunction with the SPRI Conferences. Proceedings are also published from Workshops, and a list of books available from S.P.R.I. is shown on this web site under publications.  Workshops were designed to support technical sessions for mill and research staff on solutions in sugar processing.  The last SPRI Workshop was held in New Orleans in 2002.
