The computer system will be equipped with PowerPoint 2007. You will be able to open files created with PowerPoint 2000, 2003, 2007 and XP, for the showing of computer-generated files. We also will have Adobe Reader 8 installed on the notebook laptop computer. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to show your slides, if your slides are in a format other than PowerPoint 2000, 2003, 2007 and XP. Other audio visual equipment will be available to you upon your request.
If you plan to use your own computer to connect to the LCD, please be advised that we will not have technical support. If you wish attendees to have a handout copy of your presentation, we will make copies for you. Please e-mail your presentation for us to make copies for you before March 15, 2010 (spri@ars.usda.gov). Your information will not be saved and will be confidential. We will only distribute your paper to attendees of the N.O.C.S.
