JOURNALS
Sugar Processing Research Institute, Inc., (SPRI) has collected an array of international sugar journals from its conception. This enables SPRI to enhance the needed research references to continue its investigations in sugar research. The SPRI Library benefits from the proceeds of SPRI proceedings sales to the public for its maintenance of its research archives. The cooperative agreement SPRI has with the United States Department of Agriculture, supplies funds to continue its purchases of sugar journals' subscriptions, which are approved from year to year in its budget.
