The next SPRI Board of Directors and Committee Meetings will be held at The Albuquerque Hyatt Regency, Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, on Tuesday, March 1, 2011, in conjunction with the ASSBT 36th Biennial Meeting on March 2-5, 2011.  All Board of Directors and Committee members are invited to attend.  Dr. Richard will present the 2011/12 Proposed Budget and Proposed Research Plan for 2011/12 with progress report for 2010/11.  A copy of the minutes from the last Board of Directors and Committee Meetings held in New Orleans, Louisiana at the Iberville Suites/Ritz-Carlton Hotel on March 28, 2010, shall be mailed shortly for your review.  Please view the schedule below for dates and time of the meetings. 

We have made special arrangements with the Hyatt Regency for all SPRI Board and Committee Members to join the ASSBT room block.  The cut-off date for reservations is January 27, 2011.  Reservations made after the cut-off-date will not be guaranteed.  The Hyatt Regency Hotel is requesting that all reservations be made via the online services or calling directly to the hotel.  We have posted the instructions and links to the Hyatt Regency Hotel online services under hotel registration.  Attendance forms should be filled out and faxed to the SPRI office.  If you will not be attending, please fill out your proxy or name your alternate representative and E-mail or fax to the SPRI office.
