The next SPRI Board of Directors and Committee Meetings will be held at The Chateau Bourbon New Orleans Hotel, New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, on Sunday, March 11, 2012, in conjunction with the SPRI 2012 Conference on Sugar Processing Research on March 11-14, 2012.  All Board of Directors and Committee members are invited to attend.  Dr. Richard will present the 2012/13 Proposed Budget and Proposed Research Plan for 2012/13 with progress report for 2011/12.  A copy of the minutes from the last Board of Directors and Committee Meetings held in Albuquerque, New Mexico at the Albuquerque Hyatt Regency Hotel on March 1, 2011, shall be mailed before the meeting for your review.  Please view this page for dates and time of the meetings. 

We have made special arrangements with the Chateau Bourbon for all SPRI Board and Committee Members to join the SPRI Conference room block.  The cut-off date for reservations is February 11, Reservations made after the cut-off-date will not be guaranteed.  The Chateau Bourbon Hotel is requesting that all reservations be made via the online services or calling directly to the hotel.  We will be posting the link and contact information has the meeting approaches.  Attendance forms should be filled out and faxed to the SPRI office.  If you will not be attending, please fill out your proxy or name your alternate representative and E-mail or fax to the SPRI office.
