The next Executive Committee Meeting is scheduled for April 12, 2008, at the Dauphine Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana , USA, following the 15^th NOCS. All Board of Directors and Committee members are invited to attend. This will be the meeting before the Annual Board Meeting on September 28, 2008, in conjunction with the SPRI 2008 Conference and 26^th Session ICUMSA Meeting in Delray Beach, Florida on September 28 – October 3, 2008. Saturday, April 12, 2008, meeting of the Executive Committee - Dr. Richard will present his Managing Director’s report, 2008/09 Planning Budget and Research Plan for 2008/09 with progress report for 2007/08. A copy of the minutes from the Board of Directors/Executive Committee Meeting held in Baltimore, MD, USA on May 6, 2007, at the Hyatt Regency on the Inner Harbor – Pratt/Calvert Room , shall be mailed shortly for your review. Please view the schedule below for date's and time of the meetings. SPRI’s new managing director will present its new research direction at the this meeting and propose approval of the Board of Directors on April 12, 2008.  Members of the RARC are also invited to attend this meeting. The financial statements for the 2007/08 fiscal year will be presented to the members attending.

We have made a special agreement with the Dauphine Orleans Hotel for a room block, under Sugar Processing Research.  The cut-off date for reservations is April 8, 2008.

SPRI will assist you with your hotel reservations since members of the N.O.C.S., will also be staying at the Dauphine Orleans Hotel.  Please fill out the hotel form and fax to the SPRI Office before April 8.  You may use the hotel registration form below.
